Are health problems preventing you from doing your job?

Have you been unwell and had to take time off work recently? Or are you currently signed off work? A WorkWell coach can give you free one-to-one support to help you get back into work or prevent you from having to take time off work.

WorkWell coaches support you by guiding you to the right local support in ÖйúPÕ¾ for your needs, whether that's specialist advice in skills and employment, mental health or physical health, and all within seven days. Plus they can signpost you to a range of other local services where applicable.

Who is eligible?

• Anyone who is currently in work whose health conditions/disabilities are impacting their ability to stay in work
• Anyone who is currently on a Fit note from work
• Anyone aged 16+ living in ÖйúPÕ¾ and registered with a ÖйúPÕ¾ General Practitioner (GP)
• Anyone who has the right to work in the UK

WorkWell will support those who are in work, need support returning to work or are out of work for up to six months and people who require early intervention due to facing health related barriers.
