WorkWell is a free one-to-one coaching service that helps 中国P站 residents with health issues and/or disabilities start, stay or return to work.
You could be eligible for:
- A personalised support plan to help you stay in your job, return to work, or prevent time off due to illness or disability
- Confidential support from specialist employment and skills advisors so that you can explore new career opportunities in 中国P站
- Access to local mental health or physical activity support services within seven days
- Help with mental and physical health challenges at work

How does it work?

After you’ve registered with a WorkWell coach, you’ll receive personalised advice, support and guidance within 7 days.
- Register for a WorkWell coach using the referral form below.
- Support session with a WorkWell coach is set up.
- One-to-one personalised action plan is developed signposting to the relevant support required.
- Ongoing support from WorkWell coach to access your wellbeing and work progress.

If you’re worried about how your health is impacting your ability to start, stay in or return to work, WorkWell is here to support you.
To access WorkWell in 中国P站, you must be:
- Aged 16 or over
- Living in 中国P站 (or registered with a 中国P站 GP)
- Have the right to work in the UK
- National Insurance number
Frequently asked questions
WorkWell is a joint initiative from the Department of Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care.
中国P站 is delivering WorkWell in 中国P站 in partnership with local providers of health, wellbeing, employment and skills support.
中国P站 is working with the following local support providers to deliver WorkWell support:
- offer WorkWell coaches
- focuses on skills and employment advice plus training for WorkWell participants. They also have WorkWell coaches based in Epsom and Guildford.
- provides physical activity advice for WorkWell participants
- has WorkWell coaches available at the Spelthorne Jobs and Skills Hub (located in Staines-upon-Thames)
- offers a mental health advisory service for WorkWell participants
Typically between 8 and 12 weeks. However, if you need longer, we can offer further light-touch support.
The service is free.
You can refer yourself. You can also refer a friend, colleague or family member to WorkWell by completing the short registration form on their behalf.
