Where to get help

There is a range of support in ÖйúPÕ¾ including from:

You could also visit any of the 5 which are open in the evenings, at weekends and on bank holidays. The Safe Havens are managed by mental health professionals trained to help people in a crisis situation.

Each of the Safe Havens also offers a daily online service between 6 to 11pm so that you can get expert advice and support without having to leave home.
