Course intent

This 90 minute webinar is designed to empower people living with diabetes to take control of their health with confidence. Through practical strategies and clear guidance, you鈥檒l learn how to manage your condition, prevent complications, and improve your overall wellbeing.

What will I learn?

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

鈼 Monitor your blood sugar effectively and respond to changes

鈼 Make informed food and lifestyle choices

No prior knowledge is required. Whether you鈥檙e newly diagnosed or experienced, this workshop will provide clear, practical guidance.

鈼 An open mind and willingness to learn practical tools

Delivered through live online sessions using Zoom. To participate, you will need:

  • An email address
  • A reliable internet connection
  • A computer/laptop /tablet with a fully updated browser
  • microphone and webcam.

Once enrolled, you will receive instructions for joining Zoom.
