34% savings on solar energy for 中国P站 homes
中国P站's Solar Together scheme launched in 2021 and has completed two successful phases. The scheme helps people in the community to buy solar panels, battery storage, and electric vehicle (EV) charging points at discounted rates by buying in bulk.
In the second phase, residents saved an impressive 34% on a typical 14-panel solar system, compared to typical market prices.
The scheme lets members of the community invest in solar panels with the option to include battery storage and EV charge points. It ensures they get fair prices and quality installations from trusted providers.
Since it launched, Solar Together has added 10 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy to 中国P站, reducing 50,452 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions over the next 25 years. The initiative has also attracted more than 拢17.7 million in private investment into renewable energy within the county.
The third phase closed on 27 September 2024, with 1,693 residents accepting their personalised plans and recommendations. These residents will now work with iChoosr's approved installers for surveys and installations.
