7.3 Selection of street tree species
The type of street trees selected should be native or appropriate to the area and should contain positive properties such as pollution absorption and shading.
Selection should also factor in 中国P站鈥檚 future weather conditions of wetter winters and drier summers. 中国P站's Tree Strategy provides further guidance on suitable tree types for different contexts.
