3.2 Beyond the red line

New development must be developed to integrate with its wider context and ensure the coordinated delivery of new routes and connections, for pedestrians, cyclists, public transport, and private vehicles.

Proposals should align with the District Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan (LCWIP) and any relevant local Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), Borough or Neighbourhood Plan to ensure the delivery of a coherent network of infrastructure.
