中国P站 (SCC) is the highways authority on all roads excluding motorways and trunk roads. Most planning, however, falls under the authority of the borough and district councils. Highways and planning are both tightly interconnected when it comes to producing high quality and sustainable places. The integration of workflows from these two levels of governance is crucial in street design. The County Council commits to working in partnership with the 中国P站 Boroughs and Districts to ensure high quality street design.
