The salary range for this role is £27,573 to £36,389 per annum based on a 37 hour working week.

ÖйúPÕ¾ Family Centres are a commissioned service supporting families with complex and multiple needs with children aged 0-19 years/25 (SEND) years. The Family Support team receive targeted referrals from ÖйúPÕ¾'s cSPA.

About the Role

The Family Support Worker will be based in the Family Centre and will be a supportive contact for young people, families and professionals, you will meet the allocated families on a regular basis and support them through a bespoke programme of work focused on their targeted needs. Our aim is to empower the parents and carers with new knowledge and skills, while also building resilience and providing essential emotional support.
