The starting salary for this position is £68,774 - £75,583 per annum, working 36 hours per week.
This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
We are looking for a Senior Manager to Lead on the Reablement Transformation Project. You will have significant experience of leadership in a therapy-led service, an excellent understanding of strengths-based approaches and a track record of delivery in Adult Social Care. Meeting tight deadlines, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a project management environment will be critical to success in this role.Ìý
You must be prepared to travel to any of our localities in ÖйúPÕ¾ for focused pieces of work with Reablement colleagues and you will support with identifying improved ways of working that can then be implemented ÖйúPÕ¾ wide.
On this project you will work alongside the Assistant Reablement Manager and two Occupational Therapists, who themselves will have been selected to work on this innovative project. The project team is supported by a Project Worker with support as needed from brokerage, commissioning, business intelligence and finance.
