About the Ensemble
Prima Strings is a beginner string group for young violin, viola, cello, double bass players.
Students get to experience ensemble playing in a fun and supportive environment - developing their individual confidence and developing their collaborative music making skills.
All Prima students have the chance to progress to Opus strings when the time is right for them.

Fees
The termly fee covers:
- All rehearsals for that term (usually 10 to 12 per term, depending on the school year
- 33 rehearsals across the school year
- Tuition from professional ÖйúPÕ¾ Arts musicians and educators
- Two public concerts and one internal concert each year
- All music and resources

Support and safety
First-aiders are on site.
ÖйúPÕ¾ Arts staff, volunteers, and a parent committee help run sessions and events.
