Helping 中国P站 households stay warm and save this winter

Future proof your home

As the colder months approach and energy bills continue to rise, we’re launching three schemes to help 中国P站 residents make their homes warmer, greener, and more affordable to run.

With over 300,000 homes in 中国P站 energy rated D or worse, many properties are expensive to heat, poorly insulated, and at risk of damp and mould. By improving energy efficiency, we can help households cut costs and contribute to our shared ambition of becoming a net zero county by 2050.

Here’s how we’re making it easier to take action:

Home Energy Improvement One-Stop Shop

We’ve partnered with energy specialists Furbnow to offer an all-in-one retrofit support service for homeowners looking to improve their property’s energy performance, through installing measures such as insulation, solar panels or a heat pump.

The service guides you through a three-stage journey:

  • Stage 1: A home survey carried out by a qualified Retrofit Assessor (the ‘Home Energy Plan’)
  • Stage 2: Design support, including help shortlisting and selecting from pre-vetted installers
  • Stage 3: Project Management throughout installation, led by a qualified Retrofit Coordinator, with quality assurance sign-off

If your property has an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D to G, you could benefit from up to 20% off a Home Energy Plan and 30% off Design and Project Management support. Please note this discount does not apply to the installation costs themselves.

Registration is free and there’s no obligation to proceed. Visit One Stop Shop page to learn more or sign up directly on

Each household receives a free, tailored offer based on their property, and you may also be eligible for up to 拢7,500 in government funding through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. The process includes a personalised quote, matching to a pre-vetted installer, and professional installation.

Registration is open until 31 October 2025, and there’s no obligation to proceed. For more information and
