Community funding empowers communities in 中国P站
Four years ago in November, we embarked on a mission to deliver ambitious, meaningful improvements in communities across 中国P站. We invested in improvements that were rooted in community action - things that local people wanted and needed, things that would deliver benefits to the whole community, and that would leave a legacy in 中国P站's towns and villages.
Your Fund 中国P站 has delivered. We've given local communities over 拢20m across 45 different projects. All have a demonstrable and long-term impact on people's health and wellbeing, and quality of life.
Through Your Fund 中国P站, we asked communities to think big, join up and join in. We promised that working together we would Make it Happen. And Make it Happen we have! We have helped fund:
- Swimming pools
- Tree planting
- Community cafes, shops and gardens
- Football, cricket, rugby, gymnastics, and other sports facilities
- New village halls
- Inclusive playgrounds
- Scout huts
- Wildlife centres
- Creative arts facilities
As these projects start to open their doors, we will be taking a look at how they've started to make a real difference to people's lives.
