Service update: Printing of bus passes and 中国P站 LINK cards resumed
We’re pleased to confirm that printing of 中国P站 English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) free bus passes and 中国P站 LINK cards resumed on 29 August 2025, following a technical issue with an external contractor.
Update on 9 September 2025: We’re making excellent progress in clearing the backlog and now have additional resources to help speed things up. Things are moving in the right direction, and we’re working hard to get your pass to you as quickly as possible.

A free bus pass allows eligible senior 中国P站 residents to travel on buses free of charge.
It's valid between 9.30am and 11pm from Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and public holidays.
