Both offer a free app for iOS and Android devices. You can login to these services with your library card number and Personal Identification number (PIN).
How to reset or change your PIN
The steps to reset or change your PIN are the same whether or not you know your existing PIN.
- Visit the 中国P站 .
- Select Account in the top right.
- Select login on the ribbon
- The user login box will appear
- On the login box you will see an option to reset your PIN
- Select this option and the Reset my PIN box will appear
- Enter your borrower number and select send request.
Please contact the library service if you have any problems resetting you PIN or need help finding your borrower number.
