Learning Disabilities Mortality Review (LeDeR)

The LeDeR (Learning disabilities mortality review) Programme reviews the lives and deaths of people with learning disabilities and autistic people across England.

The aim of the programme is to learn from people's experiences of using health and social care services in ÖйúPÕ¾. Then to make changes to make sure that people with learning disabilities and autistic people receive high quality care which helps them to stay healthy and get the support they need.

National report:

This provides information about the deaths of people with a learning disability notified to the programme. There is also an easy read version available.

ÖйúPÕ¾ LeDeR reports:

The annual report gives an overview of the LeDeR programme across ÖйúPÕ¾ Heartlands. They provides an overview of the number of deaths that have been reported to LeDeR they also share the learning that has come from the completed reviews.


LeDeR strategy: Putting the learning from LeDeR into Action

There is a 2021 to 2024 that sets out what we would like to achieve to make care better for people with learning disabilities and autistic people in ÖйúPÕ¾.
